Getting started on ColisBled

Create your account

Sign up for free on ColisBled. Provide your personal information, your phone number and a valid email address to receive confirmations.

Verify your identity

For security reasons, we need to verify your identity. Upload a photo of your ID (national ID card, passport) and a photo of yourself.

Tip: Make sure the photos are clear and legible. Verification usually takes 24h.

Explore the platform

Get familiar with the interface. Discover available carriers, check prices and explore the different delivery options.

How to book a shipment

Fill in the shipment details

Enter the departure and arrival address, the dimensions and weight of your package, and the nature of its contents.

Choose a carrier

Check the list of verified carriers and compare their offers. Consider the price, delivery time, available services (home delivery, packaging, SMS tracking) and other clients' reviews. Click on a profile to see their destinations, rates and ratings.

Tip: Verified carriers have a blue badge and better delivery rates. Filter by destination to find carriers covering your route.

Complete the payment

Pay securely via mobile money, credit card or bank transfer. Payment is held until delivery is confirmed.

Hand over your package

Prepare your package according to our recommendations and hand it to the carrier at the agreed pickup point.

Important: Make sure the package is well packed and all necessary documents are included.

Track your package

Access your dashboard

Log into your account and go to the My bookings section. Each package has a tracking sheet with its real-time status.

Tracking statuses

Your package goes through several stages: Pending → Confirmed → In transit → Delivered. You're notified by email at each change.

SMS tracking: Some carriers offer SMS tracking. Check if this service is available on the carrier's profile.

Pickup code

When handing over your package to the carrier, a unique pickup code is provided. This code confirms official pickup of the package. Keep it safe.

Secure payment

Payment guarantee: Your money is held in escrow and only released to the carrier after delivery is confirmed.

Important: Accepted payment methods vary by carrier. Check the available options on the carrier's profile before booking.

Receiving your package

Delivery notification

You receive an email notification as soon as your package is out for delivery. Get ready to receive the package at the address provided.

Proof of delivery

Upon handover, the carrier takes a proof-of-delivery photo (package handed over, condition of the package). This photo is saved on the platform and available in your booking history.

Tip: Check the package's condition before signing the receipt confirmation. Any visible damage must be reported immediately.

Confirm receipt

Once the package is received and checked, confirm the delivery in your client area. Payment is then released to the carrier.

Leave a review: After delivery, rate the carrier to help the community choose the best providers.

Home delivery: Some carriers offer delivery directly to your home. Check the Home delivery option on their profile.

Solving common issues

My package is late

Check the real-time status in your bookings. Contact the carrier directly via the built-in messaging. If there's no reply within 24h, open a dispute.

My package is damaged

Photograph the damage immediately. Refuse receipt if the condition is unacceptable. Open a dispute with supporting photos. All packages are covered by insurance.

My package is lost

Open a dispute immediately with the package description and its declared value. Our team investigates within 24h. If loss is confirmed, you're compensated according to the insurance terms.

I want to cancel my booking

Go to your bookings and click Cancel. Cancellation terms vary depending on progress: full refund if before pickup, partial if already in transit.
