We chose not to charge clients any additional fees to make the service accessible to everyone. Our business model relies on a moderate commission taken from carriers' earnings.

Carriers are free to set their own rates based on several factors: distance, package weight, urgency, value of contents, and their experience.

The price is set when the offer is accepted and can no longer be changed. If a carrier tries to claim a higher price, you can open a dispute.

Yes, all shipments are automatically insured. Insurance fees are included in the ColisBled commission and represent no additional cost.

Absolutely! Our platform encourages direct negotiation between clients and carriers. You can make a counter-offer on a listing.
