Understand your earnings

Sign up as a carrier

Signup requirements: Be at least 18 years old, have an address in France and a destination in West Africa, and hold the required ID documents.

Create your user account

Sign up on ColisBled with your email and create your password. You'll then need to start the carrier signup from your dashboard.

Provide your professional information

Provide your address in France, your company name (if applicable), your business registration number, your served destinations and offered services.

Tip: Complete your profile as much as possible (tagline, description, photo gallery) to attract more clients.

Choose your subscription plan

Select the plan best suited to your activity (Starter, Pro, Business). Each plan determines your visibility, number of active trips and available features.

Pay for your subscription

Pay for your subscription via Wave, Orange Money, Bankily or credit card. Your carrier account is then activated and submitted for verification.

Upload your documents

Upload your ID (front/back), business registration certificate (if a company), bank details and any document proving your transport activity.

Document submission

Upload all required documents: ID front/back, driving license, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and a profile photo.

Important: All documents must be legible and up to date.

Identity verification

Our team verifies your identity and documents within 24-48h. You'll receive a confirmation by email and SMS.

Trust badge

Once verified, you get a blue badge on your profile, which increases your visibility to clients.

Benefit: Verified carriers receive 3x more offers.

Your public profile

Every carrier has a public profile page accessible to everyone. It's your showcase on ColisBled: take care of it to attract more clients.

Custom URL: Your profile is accessible via a unique URL like colisbled.com/gp/@your-name. Share this link on your social media and WhatsApp to maximize your visibility.

Photos & gallery

Add a logo, a profile photo and a gallery of photos of your services to reassure clients.

Reviews & ratings

Clients rate your service after each delivery. Maintain a good rating to appear at the top of the list.

Services offered

Indicate your services: home delivery, packaging, insurance, SMS tracking, photo service, online payment.

Auto-boost

Enable auto-boost in your settings to appear at the top of results when clients search.

Visibility: You can enable or disable your public profile from your settings. Temporarily disable it if you're unavailable to avoid unwanted requests.

Manage your destinations

Destinations define the geographic areas you serve. A good destination setup improves your visibility in client searches.

Add your destinations

From your dashboard → My destinations, add all the cities and regions you serve: Dakar, Thiès, Saint-Louis, Kaolack, etc.

Specify your trip frequency

For each destination, indicate the frequency (weekly, monthly, one-off) and the estimated dates of your next trip.

Keep it up to date

Keep your destinations up to date. Clients look for carriers available within a specific timeframe. A profile with up-to-date destinations generates more bookings.

Manage offers and packages

Create your trips

In your dashboard, create a New trip with the departure date, destination, maximum weight accepted and your base rate. Your trips are visible to clients in search results.

Package types: Configure the package types accepted (documents, clothing, electronics, etc.) so clients can quickly see if you're a fit for their needs.

Receive and process bookings

You get a notification for each new request. Accept or decline within 24h — after that, the request is automatically cancelled. Communicate via the built-in messaging.

Create bookings for your clients

You can create a booking yourself on behalf of a client by selecting them from your client list (My clients). Useful for regular clients.

Carrying out the transport

Package pickup — Pickup code

When picking up the package, scan or enter the pickup code provided by the client. This code officially confirms the package handover and triggers the "In transit" status visible to the client.

Important: Never pick up a package without validating the pickup code. This protects both the client and yourself in case of a dispute.

Update the in-transit status

Add tracking steps from your booking area. Clients appreciate being kept informed of progress (airport arrival, customs clearance, arrival at destination).

Proof of delivery

When handing over the package to the recipient, take a proof-of-delivery photo and upload it via the app. This proof is kept on the platform and protects both parties in case of a dispute.

After delivery: Invite the client to leave you a review. Carriers with good ratings appear first in searches.

Rules and responsibilities

Carrier obligations

Respond to requests within 24h
Validate the pickup code when picking up
Update the tracking status throughout the transport
Provide proof of delivery at every handover
Keep packages in perfect condition during transport

Forbidden items

It is strictly forbidden to carry:

Narcotics or illicit substances
Weapons and ammunition
Undeclared cash
Dangerous goods (explosives, corrosive products)
Any item forbidden by international customs

Sanctions

Any breach of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, financial penalties in case of a confirmed dispute, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
